DESCRIPTION:

The Pan Kejk restaurant invites for pancakes with different fillings, soups, salads and freshly squeezed juices to a modern white interior diversified with intriguing lighting – copper lamps and lightbulbs hanging from the ceiling on long wires.
The restaurant offers 25 types of pancakes with a non-sweet filling, 15 with a sweet filling, traditional potato pancakes, american pancakes – four little pancakes served with a sweet sauce, warming cream soups and a wide choice of salads. The delicious menu of Pan Kejk makes the time spent there even more pleasant and fun as the names of the dishes refer to the names of different cities and countries. In the menu there is a “Norwegian” pancake with salmon, spinach, tomatoes and rocket filling, a “Thai” pancake with shrimps, courgette, bamboo shoots and coconut milk and even a “Polish” pancake with sausage, mushroom and cheese. One can also decide for sweet indulgence and choose an Orléans pancake filled with chocolate, mascarpone and pear or a „Cracovian” pancake with caramel, nuts, biscuits and fromage frais. The menu could not be complete without a traditional version of a pancake served with maple syrup.
The interior of the restaurant is modern and minimal in style. Classical white furniture harmonize with natural wood, copper finishes and decorative elements. There is also an interesting decorative solution as far as lighting is concerned as the lightbulbs are attached to long hanging wires. The owners decided also to create an open kitchen so that the guests could see how the cooks are preparing their dish.
